  7. I'm talking about India's worst network which is in top. High price with low customer support. Such a poor network i used. They cheat to customers for money & can't provide services & gave solutions.

    Crap service from as always..... always consistent. The sent you a message... you answer.....5 hours later...if youre lucky you'll get a response and on it goes.... might reach a solution by 2021

    Who has terrible customer service? Who has a team that is so slow at software updates? The only network to with hold software? So if you like timely software updates and good customer service avoid Vodafone.

    Received a call from vodafone agent with no. +917835865892 for updating my existing plan. After discussion I was not interested in the new plan. As I refused to switch to New plan the Vodafone agent started misbehaving and told that I wasted his time.

    Is this how welcomes new customers to their service!! As it stands I have no idea when our broadband will be working - it’s a basic customer service skill to provide factual and timely updates - on both these points have failed to deliver to us.

    Felt the need to post this tweet in the hope that takes my complaint seriously. Broadband & phone activation day was 31/1, its still not enabled! Each time I call for an update I’m given a false promise that it will be fixed soon - not very helpful !!!
