  6. Folks, this price increase gives you an opening in your contract to cancel/switch without incurring a penalty. Shop around!

    Shocking! Colleague been on the phone for 45min trying to close account...they would not do it! Aggressive questioning first then put on hold! DO SOMETHING. Customers should be able to close their account!

    why can't just come out with that they have major problems with there system I am paying for a 200mp and I get just over one and sitting right next to the router come September I am out of here and sky broadband here I am can't be no worse than this

    The problem relates to virgin broadband telling me I have used broadband data when service has long since expired after final bill settled in jan ‘ already stated yes I’ve called,agents unhelpful, still unresolved

    Day 9 without Virgin broadband. Absolutely disgraceful not due until 6th May- their communication with customers is appalling. Avoid them.

    Status says 9am tomorrow now. That should take us to the 2-day (arbitrary and compensation-evading) threshold right?
