Elements of that deserve praise that aren't really being talked about: 1. Tyler Perry's performance as Colin Powell 2. The use of Jesse Plemons 3. Nicholas Britell's score 4. Use of game pieces reinforcing Cheney's omnipresence in DC

The only people who say vice was shit it appears are people who don’t like facts and truth. Boy I hope they stayed for post credits because they got called the fuck out

The first half of was ehh but the second half was powerful. Really, really sickening how Cheney & lied and used this country and destroyed the lives of hundreds of thousands of Iraqis. He needs to be tried as a war criminal.

Vice is an excellent film. Every American should check it out not only as a reminder of the sins of the Bush 2 admin, but also as a clear warning about the nature of those that seek power

I didn’t want to see it as I hated the era BUT is a MASTERPIECE of Truth and consequences, superb acting,& even humor amid deceit and power grabbing as some of us watched with hopeless horror during bush/cheney.

I had high expectations for Vice and McKay met all of them and more. Christian Bale completely embodies Cheney and his heartlessness (no pun intended).

is another radical and absolutely gonzo vision from Adam McKay. I loved it.

  18. Just watched VICE, the Cheney movie. I thought it really was Cheney and not Christian Bale. And I used to work with Cheney. An amazing job. Sam Rockwell as W was also spot on. Only a great script and acting could tell this story.

Vice was such a great movie. Adam McKay is a genius storyteller. Christian Bale is one of the great all-time actors. Amy Adams was amazing. This movie is a must see.
