    My hub wasn’t thrilled last year when I said WE HAVE TO BUY A HOUSE to save on taxes (we had rented for 12 years, spending $180,000). We locked into a 3.25% interest rate through our Union’s and bought. It’s been deeply challenging—but we are both happy.
