The irony of

#UniMentalHealthDay I want to thank student nurses who had no idea when they began how challenging this journey would become. The level of pressure they've encountered is unprecedented! If u know a student nurse pls go out of ur way to give them ur extra support & encouragement. -

And if you are a lecturer, supervisor, head of department etc - be kind to those struggling. Be a person, be empathetic and point out practical things that can help. Move deadlines, delegate if needed, help with mitcircs applications, encourage self care
