    On August 3rd, the USPS Office of Inspector General published a report identifying ways to reduce costs. These involved updates of packing guidelines and irregularity records. NOWHERE in the report did the OIG suggest slashing overtime or removing mailboxes.

    I live in the countryside in SW Ohio. The nearest town is 2 miles away. I have had a post office box there for 27 years. Today I got this letter at my PO box. It is a very small town. That's the service I treasure from my USPS !
