  3. A new trial over the death sentence because a federal appeals court thought the jurors were supposedly biased? Proven how? Because they rationally recommended a death sentence for pre-meditated mass murder? What nonsense. What a colossal waste of govenrment resources

  4. We can see it now...the defense can offer testimony from: asking for a lighter sentence or asking for his voting rights But we can testify for the prosecution that the death penalty is perfect for a traitor and mass murderer.

    The Court of Appeals (1st Cir.) vacated some of Dzhokhar 's convictions, & sent the case back down for retrial on sentencing (capital cases have jury trials on punishment phase), but ct stresses he will still receive either life or death--he's not going to get released.
