    They’re already speaking of bans on CBC. Interviewing people as they go along. The incident hasn’t been fully investigated, but this is what they go to. Again, criminals DO NOT follow laws, especially gun laws. So which citizens would a gun ban effect?

    As an American living in Toronto and raising a kid, I talk a lot about not wanting to move back to the US because of gun violence. Clearly we need stricter gun regulations in Canada, but we also need to do more to combat toxic masculinity.

    We need stronger PUNISHMENTS for ANYONE who transports, buys, sells, possesses or uses in ANY way, illegal weapons. i.e. EXTRA 10 years AT minimum or something like that. Ban alone isn't a deterrent.
