    I opened up about my mental health to my colleagues just under a year ago and it was the best thing I ever did! It helped me to come to accept my own conditions and realise that GAD and OCD does not define me. I can't emphasize enough how powerful talking is!

    For those struggling today you're worth it, you're loved. I've been there in the pit of despair but it does get better little by little. No quick fix, but with the right support network and the right treatment then you can come through the darkness. .

    On Time to Talk Day I was sharing with someone that I don’t know why I feel a bit meh. Not only did talking to them help me but they sent me this pic which also made me feel better 🥰

    Ive suffered with anxiety for years, thankfully now I’m in a better place. But talking, even if its to just to one person, and unloading your troubles can do wonders. To many people feel ashamed of their mental health problems, please don't. It’s ok not to be ok
