THE BRAMBLE BUSH (60) Book-adapt has "big city doctor" returning to New England hometown in the shadow of beloved father. Evidence of the "Peyton Pace" effect: plush potboiler w/stars suffocating in a vacuum. Burton miscast but Dickinson as smitten nurse has a few choice moments.

I love when all the blackberries start growing around this time of year, this is the flower of the bramble bush, with the thorns clearly evident in the second picture. I have a few just starting to grow in my garden. 📸: taken last year #blackberries #bramble
