    A very special & memorable day - a workshop organised for our emergency medical service modelling in Jakarta to 200 nurses, doctors, paramedics and Indonesian Ministry of Health officials including talks by , Sarie, Mark and myself 👍

  11. Today we’re taking time to recognise the amazing work undertaken in our Clinical Contact Centres. In the month leading up to the end of January, answered over 43,500 999 calls & successfully resolved nearly 10% of emergency incidents over the phone! Fantastic job guys👏
