    Here's the thing--Angel sided with good ONLY because a of spell. Spike worked his way back to bein' good DESPITE bein' a vampire and not havin' a soul. Even though no longer chipped, Spike sacrificed himself for love and for the greater good; & he was at peace w/that

    The fact that Angel never earned his soul or really earned Buffy he was handed everything. Spike on the other hand fought for his soul, saved Buffy, and earned his soul. He’s willing to fight for everything is why I’ll always be

    I feel that. I have been since the end of S2, & after “Lies My Parents Told Me” I knew w/o doubt that Spike was better than Angel. Spike was kinder as a vampire than Angel was as a mortal. Yay for frivolous vampire tweets!
