    I used the same timer to do some dribbling interval work earlier. Hard 30 secs 🟢 15 secs 🔴. Circle of cones, 3m across. Triangle of cones in the middle, 0.5m between each cone. Medium intensity working in the outside cones and high intensity when attacking the middle.

    Dips and a couple of exercises I've never tried before that will hopefully help with running form and power. Then, core strength using a timer (the app is great!). I recently got this ab wheel that's got some resistance built into the wheel. Feels good.

    You can switch this up: 1) Do a Clean, Press, or C&P in place of Snatches. Use a Dumbell if you do not have KB 2) No BattleRope? How about Mntn Climbers, Jump Rope, Jacks, Burpees, etc.
