    A suggestion for and : The positioning of the card readers on buses depersonlizes the driver/passenger experience. Metropasses and fare media had us interacting. Now we're eyes down to tap. Move them by the fare box.

    Fans leaving the game at ScotiabankArena this afternoon, and not requiring or are asked to walk on Bay St rather than go through Union Station. TTC customers can also walk to St. Andrew station and avoid Union Station.

    Witnessed 2 employees "mopping" Jane platforms. A more half assed attempt could not have been made as they dragged their mops around...

    Why are there no lines for buses at Pioneer Village station? Even if there are some lines in place, as soon as the bus pulls up it's a free for all with people pushing or walking in front of everyone else to get on. So frustrating.

    The end of the Metropass meant the loss of the work VIP program, which for me means paying $63 more a year to access the even using the volume monthly pass discount program for Presto. More money, same service.

    2/ So looking at the historical performance of that morphed into 8 variants over 38 yrs, it/s ludicrous for 's new CFO (and apparent consumer balance sheet novice) Dan Wright to suggest TTC rides are NOT declining, they've been overestimated—for decades! Really?

    Starting 2019 in Transit Control Center. TTC Special Constable's, Fare Inspectors and Station Supervisors are busy with a few rush hour emergency alarms. Feels good to be back.
