The and protests happening in NYC have the potential to transform into a true revolutionary movement. Racism, poverty and police terrorism are the foundation of the white power system. White people must stand in material solidarity with Black Power.

The cops blocked every exit of Grand Central with big guns and dogs, and surrounded the protest from the balcony. The march has now dispersed. Regardless of the scare tactics hundreds of people are demanding free transit and the end of policing.

the publicizing “solidarity” is a big fuck you to low-income New Yorkers who cannot afford $2.75. Instead of acknowledging inaccessibility and poor infrastructure, team with the NYPD to profile Black and brown people and criminalize poor folks.
