Tuesday is mainly dry, some extra clouds will hang overhead. Mid week we start a climb back to the 80s w/ chances for some thunderstorms each afternoon, a very summer-like weather pattern the next several days. Low 80s by the weekend.

A lot of rain in a short amount of time could give us some flooding concerns tomorrow if it rains heavy enough. Our whole area has a pretty good chance of flooding issues as the main line of storms moves through.

TUESDAY: Keep a close check on the radar tomorrow. This is what the radar might look like. Most of the rain/storms likely comes through in a line in the evening. Mainly between 4p-12a is when we could have the best chance for damaging winds or a low tornado threat.

Some folks picked up around another inch of rain last night with some storms. Downpours lasted quite a while as the storms were nearly stationary for a couple hours from near Martinsville all the way down through Asheboro.

It's basically going to be dry all evening for any plans you might have. A stray shower or two can't be ruled out but if you get one it won't be a big deal.
