Thank you NH Chair and 2019 McCain Fellow for testifying against this harmful legislation in NH!

  6. Mifepristone is safer than Tylenol. Other states’ experiences, ME for example, show that telemedicine dramatically improves access. In Ohio, the number of medically unnecessary restrictions has forced 9 abortion care clinics to close.

  7. Abortion providers care for women; interfering with their medical judgement is not only wrong, it’s dangerous. Legislation like SB 9 that substitutes judgment and stigma for respect and support has no place in society.

  14. We defended abortion access in federal court today. We're challenging a law that would effectively ban abortion in KY & subject patients to unnecessary risk. This law is not about patient safety. It's simply part of a strategy to push abortion access out of reach.
