    This particular pothole is possibly the biggest cause for complaint on the doorsteps in Batchwood!

    Useless Conservatives on Herts CC have still failed to repair the enormous Carlisle Avenue pothole - weeks after it was first notified. Now across whole carriageway. Chasing yet again.

    Update: this drain (& others I’ve reported) now meant to be cleared in about 3 weeks time. I will be checking & will hold the Conservative controlled council to account if there is yet another service failure for residents.

    Bedford Road / Inkerman Road, St Albans
    More failures from a Conservative controlled council here in . After pressure from local we get promises of drain clearance only for it not to happen when they say it will.

    I’ve been witnessing same in some areas and it is a District Council issue - both areas need some District Council representation to take care of these things

    Liz, Karen, Anna and Will out canvassing in the rain in this morning. Among other things we think need addressing are the broken and dirty road signs.
