    Yesterday's was an attack on disabled and older people. Instead of capping the cost of as promised, the government condemned thousands of families to years of stress as they struggle to juggle the financial, physical and costs of caring.

    101 yr old woman in the care home I'm working in has decided she is no longer on EoL care. After months of bed-based care she has got up today and has been singing in the lounge. Why not?
