    It looks like White supremacy has not loosened its grip on US Christianity over the past four years. This is why I don’t grieve the decline of the church in the US. A church that disciples people into Whiteness needs to decline.

    Got it: If Jesus had sheltered Anne Frank, or hidden a runaway slave, or allowed Martin Luther King to use a segregated restroom, and thus broken the law, he would have been sinful, and "he would not have been our Messiah." This is , not the Gospel.
