    Alarm set for gym before work tomorrow... however shift work, uni deadlines and placement, lack of sleep has left me feeling like this tonight🙇🏼‍♀️😴 anyone have any ideas of how to get of the slump? I can’t remember the last time I felt like I had energy!

    Older people working nights may feel more alert and longer if they stay up longer after getting off work, then stay in bed for a full eight hours, waking up closer to the start of their , a small trial suggests.

    Transition day. This is the day when I wake up at my normal time, knowing that I will be up for over 24 hours. Next normal sleep day: Wednesday.

    Ugh I’m beat.😴 set up my sons 3rd bday prty yesterday,finished in time 4 evry1 2 arrive.Had the prty,cleaned up by 5,got called in2 wrk-scrambled home to unpack & get ready, worked 6p-6a, finally got 2 bed around 10a, up at 4p, bck 2 wrk another 12. :/ 4 more nights

    Does anyone else stop up the night before their first night shift so they sleep the next day? I'm currently wrapped in a blanket watching films until I fall asleep (I'm a newcomer to these, so slowly catching up!)
