    Scoop had many nicknames. I’d like our next Sec of State or Defense to be ex-Boeing Commercial Aircraft Prez & Ford CEO Alan Mulally. Engineer by trade, excellent tamer of bureaucracies + a really good leader IMO, but a w/o Pentagon experience needs a trusted CJCS.
