This month is pride month, today, we mourn the death of Mr. Eddie Garcia. Rainbow's Sunset was one of his last film that tackled the issue of two senior citizens LGBT that chose to live together in comfortable life until their last breath. #SalamatManoy

The fact that this is also trending here in the US (well, at least rn as I tweet this) shows just how huge of an impact he had on the Philippine entertainment industry. It really is unfortunate that he passed away in the way that he did. May he rest in peace. 🙏🏼 #SalamatManoy

Aww... I don’t remember a lot from when I was a little girl in the Philippines, but I remember seeing Eddie Garcia on TV often. I have many memories of watching TV with my grandparents and aunts while his shows/movies were on. 😢#RestInPeaceEddieGarcia #SalamatManoy
