    So far this year only 14% of all sales have been cash in County. This is a good reminder that the market isn't being utterly driven by investors with fat green stacks. Five years ago 31% of all sales were cash, so it's definitely a different market today. Thoughts?

    Work at our rental is coming along...interior painted, rotted bathroom floor replaced, new toilet, dryrot repair underway, side hedges removed, bushes trimmed, sprinklers capped, rock in planter beds, grass seed spread in areas killed by unruly hedges.
