Covering the #STEMSchool vigil at Highlands Ranch HS. The gym is pretty much at capacity. We are not allowed to get video of kids in crowd. So far it’s been adults & politicians speaking. Someone from crowd yelled, “Let STEM kids speak!” Now hundreds of STEM kids are in hall.

Today is a day to remember a hero. Kendrick Castillo was just 18-years-old and finishing his high school experience when two classmates opened fire at their school. He rushed the shooter in his class and was killed in the process. His actions saved many that day. #STEMSchool
