    We tried for years for government support in any form to challenge the guidelines and to provide support for the community. No 💰 nor support, only obstruction. It's as though the health system wants to chug along as is. 'Don't make waves' was advice to me 😬

    So just asking myself the question: If a group/organisation wanted funding / grant from NHMRC for a piece of work that would raise questions on the effectiveness of national eating guidelines... I would say the probability of receiving such funding / grant would be very low.

    Have had a rough day. Currently have a splitting headache & my normal ibs issues. So I'm watching Bryan & Amelia's Blue Connor playthrough. Hopefully I don't fall asleep but it makes me feel better at least.
