    Can I just say that is so vague and ill-defined that it makes it makes the term "pop health" feel laser focused. My Venn diagram with SDOH would be 1 circle with the name "clinical" and everything else is SDOH.

    The impact of social determinants is not in question. We know issues such as race, availability of affordable housing, income level, and access to healthcare impact health outcomes. The discrepancy is between recognizing its existence & taking responsibility to address it.
