I doubt that this new Congress will be legislatively productive with a House/Senate split. But with a Dem VP/Senate, I think Biden may make another SCOTUS nomination and will continue packing fed courts with easily confirmed nominees until ‘24. Manchin and Sinema know better.

Our SCOTUS became illegitimate the day #moscowmitch pulled a rule out of his ass to justify fucking the popularly elected president out of a SCOTUS nomination. Later, shoved the same rule back up his own ass in order to elevate Handmaid Coney-Barrett to the court

Sorry, when Mitch McConnell first denied one SCOTUS nomination for this reason then shoved a handmaiden down our throats four years later you lost the right to even have this discussion.

Watching all these #MAGAts and #Republicans crying foul about McConnell’s actions makes me laugh. Y’all didn’t have a problem when he fucked over the country blocking Garland’s #SCOTUS nomination or when he jammed Barrett down our throats. Y’all can cry, we’ll just laugh at you

I’m old enough to remember when Mitch McConnell’s Senate was on its way out the door and they rammed ACB’s SCOTUS nomination through…. You were cool with that, right Kev?

You would have totally supported Trump and McConnell pushing through a lame duck scotus nomination if it had happened.
Should put her on the short list for SCOTUS nomination next time Republicans get one.

To put this in perspective: This judge effectively gummed up the works and interfered with a national security investigation for … close to four months. twitter.com/ZoeTillman/sta…
Too bad Jack Smith isn't the AG. Biden was a total doofus for appointing COWARD Garland to do tough work. Payback for their weak, feckless bungling of his SCOTUS nomination? Great, playing political favors with our entire democracy. Elitist bubble 1/2 wits!! 🤬

McConnell is one of the crazies. He had the chance to remove Trump, twice, and refused to do so. He blocked a SCOTUS nomination for almost 1/4 of a President's term in what any mildly objective person would recognize as an utter abuse of power.
