Democrats are pushing to upend the country by packing to cement their radical agenda. At stake: free speech, religious liberty, the Bill of Rights, & an independent judiciary.  It’s not just Republicans who oppose packing the Court, only 43% of Dem voters support it.

I'm old enough to remember Republicans being so happy to rush onto the bench, they held a COVID super spreader event at the White House to celebrate packing the court.

  8. 6-3 decision trashed precedent as it reinstated juvenile life w/out parole for KIDS < 18. Depraved & cruel, it also displays willful ignorance regarding brain’s exec function center, the prefrontal cortex, which isn’t fully developed until age 25.

  15. Whether it's adding seats to or to the Senate, the Democrats won’t tire of trying to absorb more power—even though they occupy all three branches of the federal government. I’ll be voting “no” on this unconstitutional power play.

Even Clarence Thomas called out the incoherent reasoning underlying this week’s opinion from Brett Kavanaugh making it easier to keep kids who kill in prison for life. (And Thomas did so despite agreeing with the ultimate result in the case!)

This decision is a reminder that the justices have: -zero experience in state court -never served as a public defender & -never even been inside a youth prison (which is where many children will live til they die, thanks to this decision)
