    This is un-American. In a 5-4 ruling today, allows the Trump administration to impose a "wealth test" designed to screen out and deny green cards to immigrants who may need government aid for a period of time.

  4. VICTORY: The Supreme Court ruled 5-4 that the admin. can deny green cards to people needing gov’t assistance. This is common sense.

  5. Don't be surprised if allows Trump & friends to start deporting recipients as early as this year. Conservative justices are clearly on the anti-immigrant bandwagon and are happy to hand wins to Miller, xenophones, and hate-groups.

    decision today is devastating. Ruling gives president already on trial for abuse of power even more authority to impose his own inhumanity on people most in need.

    Please be careful when sharing information about ’s decision. Since the rule was announced I have seen dozens of cases of immigrants *needlessly* taking their children off medical coupon, food stamps, etc. Scaring vulnerable populations is part of the point.

    I've been wondering when we might hear from Chief Justice Roberts. Today he refused to read a question from Rand Paul because it included the whistleblower's name. He also warned Senators not to ask any questions that could "out" the official. 💯
