    got a free pass due to the recovery unlike that was tracked all the way up... Ironically, GEO 4 has arrived at 159W and is putting out a decent S-band signal. SBIRS GEO 4 seems to be replacing DSP F20. Welcome SBIRS GEO 4 to the neighbourhood.
