    I literally read an article this morning in about how ransomware operators are trying to get inside employees to deploy the malware!

    A2: While we see scams that leverage social engineering to push you to make payment by yourself, we observe of course scams linking either to fake bank website to steel your credentials, or linking to site, which will launch malware on your device.

    A4: When we talk about analytics, I see as very useful here. Think about mule or victim propensity scores, that might help you to monitor more carefully selected transactions, and preventively block them.

    A5 - Your digital profile is extremely important right now. Some companies that were thrown into over the last two years lacked a true digital profile on their customers - increasing friction and letting more of the bad guys in!

    A2 Scams are much more personal - they know more than just our names, the downside of is all of the information fraudsters can collect about us, thus making us more likely to think they really are an authentic contact.
