#RuralIreland,#CarbonTax on their own won't encourage people to use alternative transport, or heating etc when alternatives simply aren't there. Carbon taxes/fuel Tax increase, and people, especially in rural ireland can do nothing but suck it up. Absorb it.#GE2020
