These coaches didnt get fired for being black. They were fired for being terrible at winning. The job IS winning. Being held accountable is the cornerstone of equality.

in the 60’s-70’s the league was majority white players and coaches. They didn’t make any money. Then in the 80’s 90’s players started to make more money and the league was much more diverse. I think this is why a lot of coaches today are white.

Interesting to note that 5 of the 8 coaches fired so far this year in the NFL have been men of color. I'll be watching intently to see who their replacements are.

I'm going to submit the framework for a "Mickey Rooney Rule" which mandates that 20% of players on every NFL roster are 5'3, bald and shaped like a bowling ball (merit obviously would be irrelevant)

Why would the Oakland Raiders hire a goof ball like Mayock? I guess the good ole boy network is still in full effect

They are just trying to find the next guy to blame the losses on. This would clinch Winston getting a long term contract with Tampa.

Question Is there a way we get @NancyPelosi to institute a where Congress members must interview minority candidates for high-level staff positions? While Rule hasn’t yielded best results, this might be necessary. cc
