    Tjah bij de raad voor vreemdelingenbetwistingen zijn er ook rechters die nog nooit een erkenning hebben uitgesproken 2 maten 2 gewichten

    Een rechter moet onpartijdig de wet toepassen en dat feitelijk en juridisch motiveren, met menselijkheid en gezag. Vulgaire en laatdunkende schamperheid is geen gezag en geen onpartijdigheid maar de negatie van beide.
