    CW: rape India has deemed that raping a trans or intersex person is a lesser crime than raping cis women. Raping a trans/intersex person can get you min 6 months in jail, max 2 yr sentence plus a fine. Raping a cis woman has min. 7 yr sentence, max life sentence.

    To respond to your "how " A 7year old can be physically over powered by a fully grown 21year old man. A 7year old can be mentally manipulated by a 21year old , thats why its illegal to have intimate relationships with minors. regardless of the circumstances
