    According to what's being reported, those men were arrested on Thursday and got out this morning. A couple of Black men spent two days in jail for the crime of waiting for a friend at one of your coffee shops. This is why your idea was utter trash.

    Dear , This apology is grossly insufficient. Address this head-on. Execute a plan of action. Engage your communities. Otherwise, you just lost yet another customer, and I've been a loyal customer for decades.

    The police were called because these men hadn’t ordered anything. They were waiting for a friend to show up, who did as they were taken out in handcuffs for doing nothing. All the other white ppl are wondering why it’s never happened to us when we do the same thing.
