    A simple shell script for plotting particle co-ordinates as a png image for a specific micrograph from a star file. Very handy for inspecting picks outside of Relion and for presentations!

    Beam tilt refinement of image shift groups in 3 (using rlnBeamTiltClass) works really well! Here refining 16 groups improved res from 2.7 to 2.5 and still going :-)

    These beam-image shifts definitely introduced aberrations. We could only get a structure of aldolase to 5.6Å initially (!). But, after repeated CTF refinement and particle polishing in , we could increase the resolution from 5.6Å to 2.8Å. Very impressive !

    For the users: please note that migrating a -3.0 project to 3.1 should be easy. Going back is however more difficult, due to changes to the files as explained in the tutorial.

    ! Tools for doing more rigorous analysis of fibril polymorphism using and . 1D classification on crossover length followed by 2D classification. Intrepid beta-tester got some very nice results with it.

    does anyone have a script for clustering 2D x-y data? I collected data with 225 image shift groups and would like to use grouped beam tilt refinement in , but I don't fancy separating them out manually unless I absolutely have to...
