Beam tilt refinement of image shift groups in
#RELION 3 (using rlnBeamTiltClass) works really well! Here refining 16 groups improved res from 2.7 to 2.5 and still going :-) pic.twitter.com/6kFroFHe9b

These beam-image shifts definitely introduced aberrations. We could only get a structure of aldolase to 5.6Å initially (!). But, after repeated CTF refinement and particle polishing in

For the users: please note that migrating a
#RELION-3.0 project to 3.1 should be easy. Going back is however more difficult, due to changes to the http://data.star files as explained in the tutorial. -
