    Services very poor. I have sent earphones for battery & charging issues because of they in warranty. but they have sent back without solving any issues. I have sent an email to the service center but they didn't respond. don't buy

    issuing out fines this morning to those using the first class section. Would agree if it wasn't for the fact that there was no standing room anywhere else on the train. Packed to limit as usual and they don't even bother checking anyone else's tickets
