    Great news for Poland and the whole EU! Former Polish Prime Minister and EU Council President Donald Tusk has been elected as the head of Poland's opposition Civic Platform Party. Tusk says he's returned to politics to 'fight the evil' of the country's conservative leadership.

    In case you wanted to know more about Donald 's return to 🇵🇱 politics, POLITICO's already wrote a coverage of today's congress, which confirmed Tusk as the party's new-old leader, by 201 votes in favour to 0 against.

    Donald Tusk is back in Polish politics and he’s got one goal — to fight with "the evil" and defeat the nationalist PiS. “The evil that PiS is performing is evident, shameless and permanent. It’s happening every day, in almost every matter,” he said.
