Before I did all that crazy zooming on the Christmas tree at the Point in yesterday I captured some views of the incredibly still rivers. Well, mostly still. There was a flock of seagulls (not the band) around the Point, but other than that the water was like a mirror

  2. It may have rained all day in today, but sunset at Kennywood was INSANE. We were there for the Holiday Lights, and all of a sudden the sky was on absolute fire. Luckily I never go anywhere with my camera and have so many images to share. This one is by far my favorite

  10. Went into today to work on some more of these "Christmas in Hyperspace" images, this time focusing more closely on the tree at the Point and the Horne's tree. I know these aren't for everybody, but I think they give a bit of a fresh look on popular holiday scenes.

Talk about an unexpectedly beautiful sunrise in today. The sky was pretty much completely clear earlier in the morning, but then about 15 minutes before sunrise this was the scene. Color in every part of the sky, calm rivers, a glowing city...I mean what a view.

Another view from this morning's amazing sunrise in , this time focusing on the Clemente Bridge. I was too busy capturing the panorama I posted earlier to shoot this view at the peak of the color, but it was pretty darn close. Just an incredible morning.

A little color on this dreary Monday and a view from yesterday's incredible sunrise in . I wasn't sure if we'd see any color or not, but just before sunrise this scene materialized on the banks of the Ohio. A 3 minute exposure helped smooth out the clouds and river.

Exactly 6 years ago today I got to check one of the biggest items off my Bucket List: the roof of PPG Place. Up until that point I had never seen another image from there and the view far exceeded my expectations. Christmas in the city is just incredible from up there
