The #Patriots signed OL Hayden Howerton and punter Michael Palardy to the practice squad and released DL Ron'Dell Carter and kicker Tristan Vizcaino from the PS.

Belichick said that Nick Folk is "probably" the smartest kicker he's had in terms of understanding all the aspects of kicking and fundamentals. Added Adam Vinatieri and Stephen Gostkowski were more talented, but credited Folk for his consistency and smarts. #Patriots

A break for the #Patriots if they get a limited Taylor or don't need to face Taylor at all, especially after the #Colts traded Nyheim Hines. I thought Taylor looked significantly limited on Sunday. His big 27-yarder would've been a house call if fully healthy.

Asked Matt Patricia about the #Patriots throwing the ball downfield less on Sunday. His initial response was that he wanted to be careful with his answers since the Pats play the #Jets again in Week 11. Added that the Jets defense does a great job of limiting explosives.
