PTSD can affect anyone, regardless of their age, gender, race, religion, sexuality, or socioeconomic status. It is not just limited to people who go through a specific experience. There are a variety of experiences that can cause PTSD.

PTSD effects everyone. The parent who lost a child. The sexual assault victim. The kid being bullied. Be compassionate. We don't truly know what anyone is dealing with. It's important to remember that as cops. It's important to remember that as human beings.
