    is horrific to live with. It can overshadow everything. It can be hard to reach out (particularly for PTSD sufferers who physically survive a traumatic experience such as war, terrorism or witnessing a violent death) as society tells us to feel lucky & get on with life.

    I'm taking myself off Seroquel. I can't handle the side effects. I'm going to beg for haldol I know it works for me,whereas Seroquel hasn't done shit for me. Wish me luck this could get rough.

    I wake up every day with the knowledge that I don’t get to talk to my dad. I wake up every day to the knowledge that my brother is in jail. I wake up every day struggling to catch my breath at these two realizations.
