    don't care about patient care. They create "step therapy", that dictates which medications a patient can receive first, to save insurance companies money while advertising it as a way to "regulate" and make sure patients are getting safe treatment.

    I’ve made the same point. We were the first to fully regulate through the insurance department. Now many others are following suit. Be patient with the Medicaid issue, I called for the audit about 6 months ago & Arkansas Legislative Audit is working on it.
