  12. What is wrong with getting a small levy on to enable to invest in more tech/broadband infrastructure for universal connectivity? The optic fiber govt built with loans is only limited to towns bse internet usage then was still low. Now we aim to connect every village

  18. It's a debate that is logical and it continues. It costs a lot for countries & jurisdiction specific licenced operators to build tech infrastructure and maintain it. So either thru taxation or other innovative means of regulation will be brought to contribute.
