    2/2 Kids should have <25 g added sugar/day. Preschools & afterschool program snacks including gummy “fruit”, flavored yogurt, fruit juice, chocolate milk, and processed cereal bars can easily exceed this in one sitting! Let’s offer and teach kids to choose food.
