    A vaccinated person can still get Covid (but are likely to have reduced symptoms because of the vaccine). But they can still potentially transmit the virus. So therefore, a vaccine passport for domestic use makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

    “Vaccine passports are necessary to live a good and full and happy life...” Whaat? Are New Yorkers (or anybody) honestly going to accept mandatory vaccines for indoor dining, fitness, entertainment, etc.? This is absurd and should have huge pushback.

    Remember when ‘Vaccine Passports’ for travel were first announced we were told they would be strictly temporary while Covid lasted. But now Shapps openly says they will be forever. The same, of course, would be the case for domestic vaccine passports too.

    There is NO case for Vaccine Passports in every day life. None at all. I accept we cannot change other countries stance on entry yet, so don’t dare try to conflate the two. Entry to a cafe, pub, restaurant, event, or cinema, shouldn’t need a movement licence.
