    If you’re happy, if you’re feeling good then nothing else matters. My aim at 2019 is to inculcate and build on fitness and overall health, I'll continue playing football and taking myself for morning walks, eat healthy, what else would make a great start?

    They say "Fitness matters, wellness works" in the upcoming year I'm gonna give it my all when it comes to fitness, morning walks and skipping ropes are high on my to do list as I bid to fight illness and install wellness in my life.

    My plan is to do yoga evryday for atleast 15 min. I regularly walks 4 km while travelling to my college. I just want to continue this simple exercise to keep me fit in new year . Join @bold_kitten

    You never know when an emergency may happen but it’s important for you to be prepared. Start gathering supplies and putting together your go bag so when you’re faced with an emergency situation you are ready.
