    I’ve just had the worst experience with . Not only did they tell me it would be $25 an hr for them to look for “archived” bank statements from a few years back and then I would have to pay seven dollars a page for those statements.

    i’m sorry to say this but your customer service telephone team is COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!! Why is it every single time I call I’m transferred 5 times&on hold for an hour for any query? I should charge for my time!! I’m on hold as I write this now.

    $25 an hr! Can I come to HQ in Winston-Salem,NC and look with you to see if it takes more than an hour to find bank statements that YOU have on YOUR servers 🤷🏿‍♂️
